Returns & Refunds

1. The window

You have seven days from the date of delivery to raise a return.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags and accessories included.

2. What cannot be returned

Opened wellness products. Once the seal is broken we cannot accept it back.

Items marked as final sale on the product page, and free gifts received as part of a promotion.

3. Reverse pickup

Reverse pickup is free and scheduled within two working days of your request.

4. Refund timelines

Refunds are initiated the day the returned item reaches our warehouse. Card and UPI refunds reach you in 5 to 7 working days.

5. Damaged or wrong items

Send a photo through a support ticket within 48 hours of delivery. We ship a replacement immediately.
